Project story

What I delivered.

  • Developed an integrated project management module covering tasks, payments, invoicing, budgets, expenses, crew, purchasing, and project activities.
  • Implemented maritime operational modules for vessels, harbors, boat crews, agents, clients, and agency management.
  • Built procurement and warehouse workflows including suppliers, purchase requests/orders, inventory items, stock opname, and FPP.
  • Developed financial management features for incoming/outgoing invoices, payments, expenses, and project terms of payment.
  • Implemented vessel maintenance management including inspections, services, components, mechanics, and maintenance reminders.
